Buying printed books does not automatically include paid digital files, courses or other products. Digital group use and redistribution require explicitly agreed license terms. Families can visit Proby and the free resource listings without buying a book or joining a mailing list.

How we handle your request

The information you enter is sent through our email service to support@probate-happens.com so our team can review and reply to your request. Authorized support mailbox users can access it. We do not save the form content in this browser or our website database. Our email provider and support mailbox retain messages under their configured policies; we have not established a fixed deletion period for this request channel. Contact support to request deletion, subject to any records we must retain.

Temporary abuse-protection counters contain no form content or raw IP address. They expire after a ten-minute window and are removed when a later valid request runs cleanup. An email-service acceptance message does not confirm inbox delivery or staff review.
